Kimura Racing sign Eliza Seville to the Female Sim Racing Team

Kimura Racing are delighted to announce the signing of Eliza Seville to join the Female Sim Racing Team! Eliza Seville is 24 years of age and a British Licenced Racing Driver.

After gaining her qualifications at The National College for Motorsport, Eliza left home and started her career as a motorsport mechanic with Aston Martin racing privateer, TF Sport. Travelling the world, running an Aston Martin GTE Vantage in European Le Mans series at 18 years old. From there she became self-employed and contracted for various race teams, gaining experience in historic F1, Le Mans prototypes, GT, Ferrari Challenge and single seaters.

Most recently she took the No.1 Mechanic and test pilot role at Roborace building their autonomous electric LMP3 cars It was here she finally got to experience driving and being driven in the autonomous LMP3 Ginetta.

Driving has been one of Eliza’s passions ever since she passed her driving test but lack of time and money has meant this passion took a backseat. However, after a few test sessions in the prototypes and warming up the car for Lucas Di Grassi in the Human vs AI challenge she knew she had to give it a go.

She entered the 2021/22 Formula Woman competition and after receiving some great feedback in the preparation stage, she gave it her all and got to the Top 10 women out of over 800 international entrants. Setting the fastest lap in a GT4 at Croft in the process. Since then she carried on her preparation, collecting a few karting trophies along the way and regularly training at iZone in readiness for Formula Woman 2022/23, which she went on to win!

As the 2022 Formula Woman winner, Eliza will now spend 2023 training and racing in preparation for the 2024 GT Cup!
